Gamepad vs. Mouse & Keyboard

As the title says, would you rather use a gamepad or mouse & keyboard combo to play your favorite MMORPG. State the game, say what you prefer to use for controls, and why you prefer it. I'll kick this off.

I was mainly playing WoW and always used mouse and keyboard for controlling my toons. I am mainly using keyboard for shortcuts to skills and whatnot, however after buying the Logitech Wireless Trackball M570, I found that a couple extra mouse buttons made all the difference for little things like mounting up, or fishing.

Mouse and Kayborad.
In my opinion, extra mouse buttons make big difference in gameplay wow.
both in pvp and in pve.

I use Genius Imperator Gaming Keyboard + Mouse Razer Naga Molten Edition
and I think perfect.

Keyboard/Mouse I use a steel series gaming keyboard and a 6 button mouse for pretty much every game i play.
