You agree not to behave/post in an illegal, immoral, unethical, or otherwise objectionable manner. This includes discussing (or allowing discussion of) things such as warez, hacking, pornography, excessive cursing, harassing, or posting copyrighted material. This is not all-inclusive, Obsidian's Realm staff may at anytime use discretion when determining whether to take action.

Spam - We don't like spam! Any post created for the sole purpose of spamming will be promptly removed.

Account - If you do not use your account within thirty (30) days of registering, it will be removed and available to re-register. Also, if your account becomes abandoned for more than thirty (30) days it will be removed.

Privacy - Our logs collect and store information such as IP addresses, cookie information, to compile reports, etc. If you don't want your information accessible, then don't use the site. We do not engage in unsolicited spam nor will we release your email address to any third party for such purposes.

We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time. You, by continued use of our forum, are responsibe for regularly reviewing said terms to ensure you're in compliance.
